Demo Content Location: If you downloaded Aura theme by clicking on “All files & documentation” link, extract the zip file that you downloaded and use demo-content/demo_content.xml for import demo.
Here is the steps:
1-) Install and run WordPress Importer
2-) Choose File and Upload xml.
3-) Click Import attachments checkbox and click submit. This may take a few minutes.
